When we're looking for something light yet satisfying, we tend to turn to a classic Greek salad. These stuffed avocados make the classic salad a little more hearty, as well as perfectly portable. They make the BEST take-to-work lunch, just make sure to squeeze a lemon over the cut avocados to prevent browning.

    Keto Buttermilk Pancakes

Buttery, fluffy, and fork-tender, these pancakes will leave you full and satisfied until lunch. Served with dripping butter and low-carb berries alongside a mug of bulletproof coffee, they’re the short stack of your dreams. They’re also great turned into a breakfast sandwich.

    Healthy Pizza

    Almond Flour Pizza Crust

This crust is easy to handle, tastes great, and has a consistency that's between cracker and bread. It easily carries whatever toppings you want to give it, and can be ready to eat in less than 45 minutes.

Knowing when to eat, and when not to eat, is essential. Overeating and undereating, according to experts can jeopardize your health by disrupting blood sugar and insulin levels. Knowing when to eat, and when not to eat, can help a person, get the nutrition, his or her body requires.

You will feel healthier and have more energy when you change your diet. At first, you may feel a little different with the extra fiber and complete change in food but this will soon pass and your body will work better and more efficiently. Ever experienced post-meal bloating? Become fatigued after lunch?
Have a sudden stomach ache? Feel the need to burp after eating?
All of these symptoms indicate poor food digestion, which might lead to intestinal lining damage.
The lining of our intestines is fragile. We harm our intestines if we don't properly digest our diet. Why are digestive problems so prevalent? Even if you consume the healthiest, most nutrient-dense diet imaginable, if your body isn't digesting, nothing you eat will be absorbed.
