    Meet with  our MD and NUTRITIONIST we will review your  full medical history, relationship with food and body throughout your life, review your eating patterns, and identify any concerns and goals you might have.

    STEP 2

    2nd Assesment
    As we get to know each other we will discuss your food and daily intake. We will draw blood and send to our own lab to test  biomarkers, like hormone levels, vitamins, metabolic levels We will identify what and your eating patterns are doing to your body.  

    STEP 3

    Lab results
    Together, we’ll review your results and fine-tune a program. Discuss your overall systemic health and potential for future health issues. With a full clinical report and personalized performance plan written by our Medical doctor and Nutritionist

    STEP 4

    Commitment 
    We discover and create custom recipes, shopping lists, monthly meal plan.  customized to elevate nutraceuticals, hormone optimization, peptides, and lifestyle changes — all based on your biology and goals. This will be a ongoing process for 3 months and retest your levels.
